The deposit follows the 押一付一 scheme: the deposit equals one month's rent, and payment is monthly. The deposit is returned on check-out if the apartment and appliances are in order.

If the on-site apartments are taken or a family prefers more independence, we offer separate apartments in a modern residential complex about a 10-minute walk from the center. These are spacious, fully furnished homes with their own private kitchen, a washing machine and everything needed for comfortable living with a child.

Registration — within 24 hours of arrival
Under PRC law, every foreigner must register their place of residence within 24 hours of arrival. The center takes care of the paperwork: hand the passports and standard-format photographs to the administrator — they will register you with the local public security authorities.
What's nearby
A 10–15 minute walk away
The apartments are in the Binjiang district, part of the Shangrao Economic and Technological Development Zone: modern buildings where it is calm and convenient to live with a child. Everything you need is a 10–15 minute walk away, and in the first few days the coordinator will show you where to find things.
Bring seasonal clothing and an umbrella or raincoat: the weather in Shangrao changes noticeably throughout the year, with heavy downpours and typhoons. In such weather we help with a transfer so you do not get wet in the rain with your child.

How to communicate without Chinese
You don't need Chinese — a Russian-speaking interpreter-coordinator is always nearby: they translate the sessions and the doctor's prescriptions and help with everyday life and registration. For the shop, café and taxi, translation apps help — the Pleco dictionary and Google Translate with photo translation. The unified ambulance number in China is 120; in any alarming situation, contact the coordinator immediately.
