24/7 support
A manager is available on WhatsApp and Telegram around the clock, answering urgent questions outside the schedule.
Russian language
All correspondence, documents, sessions with doctors, and interpretation — in Russian. English on request.
Full support
From the airport pickup to help with buying water and booking a taxi. You focus on the child.
Our interpreters
The language barrier is closed by people, not by an app: at appointments, at sessions and in everyday matters the centre's interpreters stay beside the family — for Russian-speaking and for English-speaking families alike. Their support is an organisational service of the centre, and the rates are listed on the interpreters' page.

Musaeva Gaukhar

Russian ↔ Chinese
Kyrgyz ↔ Chinese
Trained as a linguist in Chinese studies and then completed a master's degree in teaching Chinese to foreigners. She accompanies Russian-speaking families: Kyrgyz is her native language and she is fluent in both Russian and Chinese, so nothing is lost between the parent and the doctor.
