From Application to Arrival

It all starts with an application — submit it on the website or message us on a messenger. You will need to fill in a short form and attach recent medical discharge summaries, physicians' opinions, and test results. Documents are accepted in any language — there is no need to translate them.

Separately, we ask for a short video of the child's condition (up to one minute): depending on the diagnosis, it is important to see movement, speech, response when addressed, and behavioral features. The video helps the physicians form a first impression even before the in-person meeting.

The documents are passed to the center's physicians. Usually within 1–3 days you receive a detailed response: whether rehabilitation is possible and whether there are contraindications, a preliminary plan of procedures, the recommended length of the course, an estimated cost, and the payment procedure.

Everything is settled before you buy your tickets, and there is nothing to pay before you arrive: charges for treatment begin on site, after arrival and once the course has started. If any questions for the physician remain, you can ask them through the coordinator or arrange an online consultation.

Once the program is approved, we will need the passport details of everyone travelling — the patient and the accompanying adults (the group can be confirmed later). You enter the details yourself through a form, so we do not send scans of documents back and forth in correspondence.

Within 1–2 days the center prepares the visa package and adds the patient to the treatment schedule. The package includes the hospital's official invitation, a copy of the medical license, and the certificate of the signatory — the hospital director. This package is required to obtain a medical visa.

For treatment in China, an S2 medical visa is issued — it allows a stay of up to 180 days. The center's coordinator helps you fill in the visa application form and advises which documents to attach and which visa center or consulate to submit them to.

The airport nearest to the center is Shangrao Sanqingshan Airport (SQD). If there is no convenient connecting flight, you can fly to a major hub and continue by domestic flight or high-speed train; the coordinator will help you plan the route. You can book tickets for any date and time: we meet arrivals around the clock, on weekends and holidays.

Before booking, check that the surname, given name, and passport number on the ticket match the passport itself. Learn more: flights and the journey.

The center tracks the flight status online — if there is a delay, the people meeting you will know. At the airport they wait for you with a sign, help with your luggage, and a comfortable minivan takes you to your accommodation. On arrival you receive a card with the center's address and contacts in Chinese — in case you need help.

In the first days we help with everyday matters: a local SIM card, WeChat and Alipay, the first trip to the store, and immigration registration. In parallel, an initial examination takes place, after which the physician confirms the program. How the housing is arranged is on the accommodation page.
