Formally trained in rehabilitation, with 16 years of in-depth work in special-needs children's rehabilitation. Long-term focus on rehabilitation intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delay and speech-language disorders. Solid theoretical foundation and rich front-line clinical experience. Specializes in individualized rehabilitation program design, comprehensive intervention, teaching management and technical guidance of the team; proficient in behavioral intervention (ABA), speech and cognitive development, oral-motor correction, sensory integration, theory of mind, psychological sand-tray therapy and social games.

  • Shenzhen Hui'an Special Children Rehabilitation Center (founder): over 4 years built the team and served 300+ children with autism and developmental delay; helped 52 children enroll in mainstream schools.
  • Shenzhen Datong Technology Co., Ltd. (co-founder): co-developed several VR-based training/rehabilitation courses for autism; organized 20 public-welfare trainings.
  • Huixin Autism Farm (founder): organized camp-based independent-living training for 170 families; helped 87 children aged 8–12 with autism experience several days of independent living.
  • Huixin Rehabilitation (founder): founded 3 rehabilitation centers; served 300+ children with autism and developmental delay; 71 children integrated into kindergartens and many into primary schools.
  • Meizhou Changle Social Organization (chairman): organized training for 16 rehabilitation centers; supported long-term home-based rehabilitation for 600+ children with disabilities.
